She was so helpful in not only reinforcing my knowledge on the OCR A2 Biology course, but she also provided me with new information that I had not covered in my sixth form lessons which was necessary to complete the course.
Her notes are thorough and she is happy to focus on aspects of the course that you struggle with.
Exams are ongoing so we don`t know the results ,but Zara has been amazing : my daughter found chemistry so hard , especially the maths , and interpreting the questions was a real problem, but Zara has given her really well -explained techniques to help her understand what to look for and how to understand what she is being asked : this was something we just hadn`t been able to help her with.
My daughter is so much happier now , and whatever the result will carry this knowledge forward to university.
Zara was able to tap into this and in a few lessons provided her with the confidence she was lacking and she went on to get an A. The sessions gave her a lot of confidence in her ability to answer questions and helped her improve her grade from a C/D to an A!
She was very patient and thorough and made sure she understood everything, and Kate felt she could always ask any questions. Zara was very effective in terms of improving my exam technique and enabling me to answer the most difficult questions in particular.Mix and match to take a broad approach to your studies, or drill deep into the areas that interest you most.If you’re passionate about ecology, conservation or animal biology, you’ll develop real-world skills with our field courses – studying large mammals in South Africa, dinosaur fossils in Canada or ecological interactions in Croatia. For optional fieldwork, you will have to contribute up to £150, plus the cost of your flight (based on costs for 2017/18).
